Many quality teams find themselves understaffed and only brought in after development has taken place. This leads to rushed quality outcomes and QA perceived as a bottleneck to delivery. What can a quality team do to get to ensure best-in-class product quality while not being seen as a barrier to agile speed of delivery? Robert Woods, Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, will help define what Agile quality really looks like and provide techniques that an be applied immediately to help ensure quality as a feature, not a luxury.

Robert Woods

Robert Woods has been working in the technology and Agile space for over 20+ years. Most recently Robert was a Director and Principal Consultant with Scrum Inc and co-creator of the Scrum framework, with Jeff Sutherland. He has spoken at a number of global Agile and Quality conferences and is an author and podcaster on Agile topics.
