Creating a Culture of Quality with a Quality Maturity Model
About the Topic
It’s often said that the key to releasing high-quality software is to have the whole team own quality, but how do you create that culture shift? This was an issue that Paylocity faced as the size of their technology organization grew quickly. The answer for Paylocity was the Quality Maturity Model, a document that lists specific behaviors designed to improve quality on a team. In this presentation, Kristin will recount how Paylocity developed a Quality Maturity Model, how it was received, what impact it had, and how the model has evolved over time. She’ll conclude with suggestions for how you can adopt a Quality Maturity Model at your own company.
