Daniel Tousignant
In this webinar we will introduce Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe® – a model for scaling agile to large teams/programs. The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) offers a framework that you can customize for your organization. SAFe adopts the principles of Lean and Agile and the best practices of Scrum, XP and Kanban to deliver value to your customers while creating a framework to manage teams of hundreds of people. The effectiveness relies on a leadership model of value-driven delivery and a bottom up approach of high-performing Agile teams whose focus is on continuous improvement. Check out this webinar if you currently managing large projects that are struggling to implement Agile or if you are about to embark on large initiative and want to adopt scaled Agile best practices.
