About the Topic

Seasoned QA leaders recognize the importance of a QA strategy – after all, it contains the guiding principles of your QA and QC operations. But what about a comprehensive QA Roadmap? How do you start? What should it include? Who should participate? How do you know if you’re in synch with your organization’s roadmap? Will my peers and leaders buy into my vision? How can I get the needed budget?
Beth Wisdom, Sr. QA Manager at Ulta Beauty will share her experience on developing and implementing a comprehensive multi-year QA Roadmap which started with understanding current capabilities and defining an end state. Learn how she was able to create the vision, gain support from her leadership as well as her team and associates, finalize a plan, and lead through change.
